Ipqc (plastic Injection Moulding)
Job Description
: \xe2\x80\xa2 Follows Quality SOPs and works closely with the Quality Assurance and Production department to ensure corrective actions are followed in response to any deviation that occurs \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to carry out sampling, quality inspection & quality monitoring during in process \xe2\x80\xa2 Follows GMP and regulatory requirements and ensures quality standards are met \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to perform Incoming Quality Checking for those incoming materials received \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all out-going products according to customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure and responsible all rework products are inspected, before mixing with the batch or lot \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to ensure all quality inspection status are correctly recorded in the \xe2\x80\x9cQC Inspection Report\xe2\x80\x9d Qualifications and Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 Min. Diploma education level in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Min. 2 years working experience in injection moulding field \xe2\x80\xa2 Non-Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate will act as a Quality Control Inspector for this job position
