Responsible for the project related to plastic injection moulding process in the cradle-to-grave approach (design to introduction into manufacturing, scale-up, full production and throughout product life cycle).
Develop new processes, implement, and evaluate changes to existing processes to improve product quality, yield, productivity, equipment efficiency and drive cost reduction.
Apply scientific moulding process into NPI testing, implement technical solution including statistical methodology to meet customer requirements regarding cost, quality, and delivery.
Troubleshoot production issues, provide technical solution to manufacturing processes, and operating guidance to Process Technicians, Operators, and other moulding personnel.
Work with equipment and material suppliers to analyse and resolve machine and material issues.
Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that all process details and procedures are clearly stated and easily comprehended.
Involve in technical meeting with Japan Headquarters and delivery the input to Injection Moulding team in production.
Requirement
Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Automotive/Injection Moulding.
At least 1-2 years experiences. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good presentation skill. Able to manage multiple start up projects, and lead team members of Process Technicians & Engineers.
Experience in handling Injection Moulding machines.
Proficient in using MS Office (Excel)
Teamwork, confident & able to work in pressure. Confident to perform the presentation.
Good communication, writing & speak in Malay, English & Japanese (Min. JPLT N3).
