Job Description
1. Program Coordination
Plan and manage the full program calendar Schedule classes, instructors & facilitators Prepare materials, Zoom links, and session logistics
2. Student & Instructor Suppor
tHandle registration, onboarding & reminders Manage participant communication (WhatsApp / email) Provide technical support during online classes Ensure smooth communication between instructor & participants
3. Operations & Administration
Maintain attendance records, reports & documentation Update Scholar program database Prepare monthly performance report
4. Marketing & Participant Acquisition
The coordinator will support marketing efforts to increase program enrolment: Provide program details for posters, captions & marketing campaigns Post and promote class updates in relevant channels (FB groups, WhatsApp lists, Telegram etc.) Engage with leads and answer inquiries about Scholar programs Assist in building participant lists for upcoming programs Follow up with interested participants to increase conversions Support during free preview classes or promotions Track marketing leads and report weekly participant interest
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
