Position: Montessori Primary Teacher
Location: SRII Madrasati, Seksyen 7, Shah Alam
Start Date: December 2025
Employment Type: Contract
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lessons based on Montessori methods for children aged 6-12.
Create a nurturing, engaging, and respectful classroom environment.
Observe and assess students' development and adapt lessons accordingly.
Maintain a prepared and orderly classroom with appropriate learning materials.
Foster independence, responsibility, and a love of learning in students.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student growth.
Maintain records and write progress reports.
Requirements:
Diploma or Certification in Montessori Education (AMI/AMS/other recognized institute).
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori setting (preferred).
Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude.
Passionate about child-led, hands-on learning.
