1. Develop overall ISO 9001 implementation plan
2. Lead creation of Quality manual, Quality Policy, KPI framework
3. Coordinate risk assessment
4. Ensure documentation is completes and approved
5. Lead management review meeting
6. Perform internal audits
7. Liase with certification body
8. Ensure corrective action are completed
9. Oversee document control system
