Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding activities such as document collection, induction scheduling, and joining formalities.
Administration:
Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks such as maintaining attendance, records, and office supplies.
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, courier, travel, and other administrative requirements.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain proper filing systems for employee and company documents.
Support HR and management in executing policies and procedures.
