Transmarco is the largest footwear and leading lifestyle South East Asia Retailer with over 800 distribution points across major department stores and malls in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. At Transmarco Concepts Sdn Bhd, we carry many renown brands such as Hush Puppies Shoes & Accessories, Obermain and Antton & Co. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical system support and troubleshooting for IT-related issue. Provide installation, maintenance, and management of Company\'s hardware and applications, e.g., phone system, key card system, WIFI, computers, printer, CCTV etc. Assist in liaise with operation retail to resolve IT services issues (During Operation hours) and provide full support. Assist in creating and implementing IT operation and security policies. Setup IT equipment, create Company email and software for new and existing staff. Support user Navision system. Perform ad-hoc IT task. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/ Degree in Computer Technology or equivalent. Competent in using Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point). Must have experience in Microsoft Navision ERP system. Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. With Min 2 to 3 years of working experience in IT support role. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/ Computer - Hardware/ Software. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Entry level candidates are welcome. Able to provide support after office hours and weekend. Good personality and positive attitude. 5-day working week. Location in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
