Language: English and Mandarin are the main languages. Strong communication, written and understanding is mandatory. Good interpersonal skills required.
Ability with Active Directory, Exchange administrative (email accounts, distribution list, share mail boxes and resources) and remote control support.
Experience in using JIRA to ticket issues and manage team communication (Training provided)
Can work in flexible hours and shift work
Responsibilities
Familiar with providing IT Support such as monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting computer systems and network problems
Install and set up laptops, printers, OS and applications
Active directory maintenance, Office 365 & other corporate software related support
Handle support tickets within the required SLA for our internal team and its support functions.
Generate weekly reports of team performance with team members
