Job Description

  • Language: English and Mandarin are the main languages. Strong communication, written and understanding is mandatory. Good interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability with Active Directory, Exchange administrative (email accounts, distribution list, share mail boxes and resources) and remote control support.
  • Experience in using JIRA to ticket issues and manage team communication (Training provided)
  • Can work in flexible hours and shift work
Responsibilities
  • Familiar with providing IT Support such as monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting computer systems and network problems
  • Install and set up laptops, printers, OS and applications
  • Active directory maintenance, Office 365 & other corporate software related support
  • Handle support tickets within the required SLA for our internal team and its support functions.
  • Generate weekly reports of team performance with team members
