Job Description

We are looking for: IT Analyst IT ANALYST (ORACLE/ERP) The primary purpose is to work as an Oracle Fusion Support Analyst to maintain and improve both systems. Assist onshore/offshore Level I support personnel and serve as Level 2 support to ensure quick issue resolution in accordance with SLA. Responsible for the study and evaluation of user business problems, as well as the development of system suggestions to fulfil requirements, which includes problem description, requirement evaluation, configuration, testing, and implementation. Responsibilities

• Act as Level 2 support in resolving complex incidents and providing guidance to Level 1
• Working with global IT counterparts to ensure alignment and awareness of changes.
• Participating in solutioning, blueprinting, creating functional specs, configuring, testing, implementing, and providing go-live support.
• Working with cross-functional project teams to include relevant module requirements in larger projects.
• Reviewing tickets by frequency and categorization to identify critical issues.
• Interact with business partners to understand issues or challenges so that timely solutions can be developed.
• Collaborate with process owners and SMEs to review/improve current processes; and
• Document ERP relevant module processes and transactions in support of processes defined by functional unit process owners.
• Carry out medium to difficult functional configuration activities for ERP-related modules in order to provide prototype solutions to business needs and implement corrections, adjustments, and additions.
• Assist with the development and execution of test cases.
• Ensure that connections with process owners, members of the functional and technical teams, and users are productive and cooperative.
• Document processes, specifications, working instructions, and solutions to advance the development of the support knowledge base system.
• Carry out related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Create functional design documentation, software specifications, testing/training scenarios and evaluate business processes for improvement opportunities.
• Ability to review existing systems and tools and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Good understanding of ERP (Oracle) solutions in the relevant module(s) with integration to external systems such as Rapid Response, WMS Cloud, OTM Cloud, etc.
• Working experience in the manufacturing or semiconductor industries is added advantage.
• Hands on capability in solutioning, blueprinting, creating functional specs, configuring, testing and implementation.
• Ability to work with global customer base in various time zones such as Americas, APAC and EMEA as needed
• Intermediate to advance proficiency in writting queries in ERP, SQL, Crystal or equivalent
• Intermediate to advance proficiency in MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 VISIO, Excel (pivot table, charting, macros)

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science/Information Technology or equivalent
