Job Description
:
Entry Level Support for manufacturing applications
To provide troubleshooting (reading code/logs file/ databases) to resolve incident/issue
To follow up, resolve and close all backlog cases/ incidents
SLA Response time within 30 minutes upon retrieval of incident/cases
Knowledge Management (retention, processes & procedure documentation)
Supporting Hours: 8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am support on rotating basis
To support both local and China region
Daily meeting before end work with teammate to do handover daily support and senior to eliminate the outstanding incidents about the root cause and resolution
Job Requirements:
Knowledge in C#, Python, Java, MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft applications
Minimum Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Ability to speak/read/write Mandarin is essential (Support China Region)
Ability to work with a team and a good team player
Excellent analytical and problems solving skills
Highly self-motivated and directed
Able to work on monthly rotation day/night shift pattern with 4 3 4 3 work days support
Fresh graduate or just finished IT Intern in
software, AI
ordeveloper field
