Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering business application and new features under enhancement or projects to meet business, operation & compliance objectives primary in the area of loan origination system.
• Provide application support to achieve target level of availability thus requiring incumbent to track problems and ensure speedy resolution either internally or vendor in order to minimize disruption to business operation.
• Effective engagement with System vendors to ensure delivery of SLA is met.
• Execute, track & manage System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Support in the evaluation and procurement of systems solutions to meet business requirements
• Requirement Analysis - ensure completeness of the business & system requirements
• Manage and monitor environment readiness
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT)
• Review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests script
• Quality Control - Manage and control changes to the application objects to ensure system integrity
• Implementation \xe2\x80\x93 Manage, coordinate and execute deployment activities
• Ensure compliance to the internal control and standards and also to comply with regulatory requirements
• Ensure SDLC documentation for new systems/enhancement is in order as per GIS guideline and procedure.
• Execute corrective & remediation measures with the relevant parties relating to audit and compliance findings, ensuring actions are taken within deadline.
• Ensure that applications and interfaces are designed to achieve optimal response time with efficient use of system resources.
• Support in the planning, managing and testing of DRP and BCP of business applications to achieve successful fail-over when the situation arises.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any other relevant qualification.
• Min 2 years experience working under application development, support or related role with exposure to Unix/Linux/AIX or Window environment.
• Knowledge and have working experience with database such as Oracle, MSSQL or DB2 will be an advantage.
• Application knowledge or experience working with loan processing or Malaysia Regulatory Reporting & CRA systems such as CCRIS/CTOS/CBM is an added advantage but not necessary.
• Understands and able to applies Systems Development Life Cycle & ITIL methodology in everyday development & support work.
• Good interpersonal skills, strong customer service culture and effective problem solving & analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,570.36 - RM4,200.00 per month Schedule:
