OVERVIEW OF JOB:
Level 1 support is the first tier of support, usually provided by IT support personnel on technical issues
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
1 Provide IT Application support.
2. Perform daily administrative tasks include monitoring system log, job logs, trace files, OS level logs, system availability, performance analysis
3. Evaluate Early Watch/Service Level reports and suggest recommendation action plan to address the gaps on an ongoing basis
4. Execute backup/archive log backup
5. SAP user administration - user creation, deletion, lock, role, and profile assignment
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:
Education
Bachelors degree in IT, Accounting, or other relevant discipline.
Experience
Candidates with over 5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Working experience in SAP CONCUR and/or SAP ARIBA is preferable. Open for any IT Application support experience too.
Experience using ITSM tools (i.e. Ticketing Tools) is an added advantage such as JIRA, SNOW & Solution Manager.
Familiar with SLA Reporting and KPI Dashboard.
