Business Support & Process Improvement
Engage with business users to identify system-related challenges and propose effective solutions.
Support process enhancements through technology and automation.
Assist in end-user training to maximize system utilization.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
IT Project Support & Compliance
Participate in IT project implementations involving application enhancements and integrations.
Support internal and external audits by ensuring application security and access compliance.
Coordinate with vendors and consultants on application improvements.
Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of application support principles and best practices.
Proficient in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
Knowledge of SSRS reporting and workflow automation.
Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and IT support processes.
Understanding of database systems (SQL Server, Oracle) and ITIL framework.
Basic knowledge of network protocols and concepts.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT application support, preferably with Epicor or similar ERP systems.
Hands-on experience supporting ERP or business applications in a corporate environment.

Exposure to project management methodologies and IT service management.
Experience coordinating with vendors and troubleshooting third-party applications.
Skilled in creating user-friendly documentation and guides.
Familiarity with application monitoring tools.
