Maintaining computer networks and related computing environments including systems, applications, hardware, etc.
Protecting data, software and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and other network and system problems.
Replacing faulty network/PC hardware components when required.
Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware and operating system software.
Handling IT infrastructure, office application and support.
Able to handle end user workstations and applications support.
Perform regular backup operations for data protection, disaster recovery and failover procedures.
Prepare documentations, technical specifications and user guides for new implementations or upgrades IT infrastructure and update and maintain IT hardware and software license inventory listing.
Provide technical knowledge and experiences maintaining servers and networks services including Active directory, DNS, DHCP, CCTV, firewall, router, internet, gateway, CCTV, E-mail etc.
