- Installs and configure new PC, software and peripherals
- perform preventive maintenance of PC nad perpherals.
- perform, and check status of data backup.
- perform and monitor anti-virus update
- troubleshooting and rectify hardware and software problem.
- install network device, diagnose amd resolve basic network problem
- helps and support user on standard software, conduct training on standard office applications.
- assists network executive to monitor and analyze networks performance.
- ensures critical computers and peripherals are in good conditions and stand-by units are available.
- to perform any duties assigned from tme to time in alignment to company goals and objectives.
- Experienced in network support, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prefer candidate familiars with NT Domain, TCP/IP, Microsoft office, Windows, VPN and servers. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
