We are actively seeking a dedicated professional with a strong passion for the outlet supervisor role, committed to driving exceptional success collaboratively.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or related field. At least 1 year of experience in a related field. Responsible and disciplined.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service. Manage, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and meet performance standards. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing a welcoming atmosphere. Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure products are displayed appropriately. Assist in meeting sales targets by promoting products, upselling, and managing promotions or discounts. Prepare and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours Maintain records of sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing regular reports to management. Handle operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions or staff conflicts, promptly and effectively. Oversee cash handling processes, ensuring accurate end-of-day reporting and reconciliation.
