ALBS is an Air Liquide entity in Kuala Lumpur, regrouping for the APAC scope its Business Service Centers (Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai) as well as the two Global Functions (IT, Digital and Procurement). The IT Business Partner acts as the privileged contact point for each key business stakeholders in APAC Global Services (AGS) to support on IT/Digital projects, demands, roadmap strategy development and account management.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Consolidates and manages AGS business demands and project portfolios.

Act as the main point of contacts of business key stakeholders for new projects and demands. Understand business needs and delivers functional specifications.

Collaborate with business leads to develop annual budgets.

Implements and coordinate AGS\'s digital strategy and IT roadmap * Design and document the Digital roadmap with business stakeholders

• Communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business requests, projects and initiatives

Account management - Responsible for building IT marketing strategy with the support of technical teams (owns the catalog of services of IT)

Tracking IT service performance, billing and ensure it is aligned with business expectation

Are you a MATCH?

BSC / MSC in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent field.

Broad exposure to IT and business work in various technical environments and business segments.

Experience with managing team(s) responsible in strategic planning, client management and working with a broad range of diverse and complicated business lines
