Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT solution selling
• Able to thrive in fast pace environment
• Highly sales-driven, independent, and energetic.
• Must be able to handle pressure and be a goal-oriented person with a positive attitude.
• Have basic knowledge of channel marketing and sales, and be able to view cooperation from a third-party perspective.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• MUST possess own car

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new channel partners
• Develop and manage partner marketing activity plans
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Provide support and training to partners to ensure success
• Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals and create partner satisfactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts
• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
• Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
• Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams, including business and product development, marketing, and operations, to support channel initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Prepare and present reports, sales forecasts, and recommendations to management on channel sales performance and initiatives
