IT roles

Provide IT support for hardware, software, systems, and network issues (on-site and remote) to ensure smooth business operations. Oversee daily IT operations across the office and factory. Maintain and monitor IT systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance. Implement and manage cloud-based applications and services. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment, software, and services. Serve as a liaison between Malaysia offices and China HQ IT teams, supporting system upgrades, data integration, and other initiatives. Assist in delivering user training programs for new technologies and systems. Maintain documentation for IT procedures and user guidelines.

Administrative roles

Foreign workers management: In charge for foreign workers daily operations, hostel, attendance, data record etc. In charge in employee dormitory arrangements, room assignments, and maintenance coordination. Other tasks when assigned.

Job Requirements:

Diploma orBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferably 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Familiarity with office and/or warehouse technology environments. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure implementation and maintenance. Knowledge in ERP system is an added advantage. Pulau Indah, Selangor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
