JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: IT Delivery Manager

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for managing plans and overseeing large scale IT projects across a broad spectrum of disciplines and IT platform. Oversee the overall delivery performance of PMO Team and monitor progress of projects versus projects\xe2\x80\x99 scopes, timeline and budget. The Lead will be handling multiple projects and may be required to direct the work of subordinate project managers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

As IT lead assigned to a project is capable of organising the contribution of all IT functions to deliver the required technical infrastructure and application solution;
Acts as the point of contact between Project Team and GT/IT, ensuring all IT related matters within the project is well coordinated and transitioned smoothly;
Act as a technical lead to advise the project team on technical matters;
Report technical issues to Project Manager and impact to timeline, if any;
Deliver IT solution on applications, infrastructure and related IT components (including third parties) timely and accurately;
Develop the related IT components plans based on GT/IT guidelines;
Assists the Project Manager to keep the project on track, in terms of schedule and budget with relation to GT/IT matters;
Provide accurate and timely reporting of project metrics via systems;
Assists to communicate to all stakeholders on technical project matters;
Regularly update GT/IT management via established reporting templates for project progress technical updates;
Assume responsibility for tasks are directed by project manager & GIOD-GT/IT which are relevant to IT related matters;
Ensure technical project documentation is generated and kept up-to-date; Ensures all GT processes are compiled and executed in order to achieve Clients group\xe2\x80\x99s IT control and governance;
To coordinate on GT/IT and technical related costs for budgeting;
Identifying, monitoring, tracking and escalating technical issues;
To ensure compliance with GT/IT related governance, including but not limited to IT Security & IT standards & policies;
Ensure that the Clients Group Project Management Guidelines is being closely adopted; and
Ensure that the Clients TCOE Policy and Procedures is being closely adopted

Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc.):

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Management / Information Technology or equivalent.

Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements:

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2 certified (preferred).

Relevant Work Experience:

8-10 years of Project Management experience with at least 6 years of relevant industry experience.
Delivered medium and large-scale projects from project inception through the entire project life cycle.
