Job Description

Responsible for the daily maintenance, testing, and upgrading of the factory's internal software systems; Responsible for addressing business inquiries and conducting user training during the daily use of internal software systems; Responsible for providing users with comprehensive operation and maintenance services for relevant core business systems; Responsible for responding to on-site emergency incidents and arriving at the client site within the stipulated time according to regulations; Familiar with the operation of customer business systems, conduct regular inspections of system operations, and take preventive measures to avoid potential issues; Complete tasks assigned by superiors and promptly report work progress to them.

Qualifications

Major in computer-related fields, with a bachelor's degree or above. Possess good expression and communication skills, a strong sense of service, and the ability to communicate in both Chinese and English. Have strong learning ability, be diligent and inquisitive, possess strong teamwork awareness, and have good stress resistance. Have a solid professional foundation, and be able to communicate promptly and effectively with technical developers on related issues. Be familiar with basic SQL commands and capable of identifying simple problems in databases. Candidates with experience in software implementation or system maintenance are preferred. Over 2 years of experience in maintaining manufacturing software systems (such as MES, ERP, WMS, SCADA, etc.), and familiarity with factory business processes.
