• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

• Proven experience in IT support and system implementation.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Strong understanding of system testing and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting social media and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
• Ability to create process flows and technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We empower our team achieve their online marketing goals through cutting-edge strategies and exceptional service.About the roleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to manage our IT operations and support our growing business needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a strong understanding of business processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, coordinating with vendors, and supporting our social media and e-commerce platforms.Responsibilities:1) Proactive User Engagement:

• * Actively engage with users to identify their IT-related problems, challenges, and needs.
• * Analyze user workflows and identify areas for improvement through technology.
• * Propose and implement IT solutions to enhance user productivity and efficiency.

2) Vendor Management:

• * Coordinate with IT vendors for system implementations, maintenance, and support.
• * Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.

3) Requirements Gathering & System Implementation:

• * Capture user requirements for systems and enhancements.
• * Develop system process flows and documentation.
• * Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA) on new systems.
• * Ensure the successful roll out of new systems.

4) Platform Support:

• * Provide technical support for social media platforms and e-commerce platforms.
• * Assist with platform integrations and troubleshooting.

5) Documentation & Process Improvement:

• * Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance IT efficiency.

6) General IT Operations:

• * Assist in the maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• * Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• * Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software.
• * Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users.

7) Undertake special projects & assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.Benefits
