Job Description
- Installing new software and hardware components.
- Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
- To assist in testing, repairing, servicing and maintaining company product
- Maintenance of Wireless network
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
- Analysis of technical issues and support existing application
- To assist and perform product electronics design covering the whole project life cycle, including requirements analysis, prototyping, trouble shooting, improvements, verification/validation testing and assembly of circuits
- Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve productivity and security
- Familiar with TCP/IP network i.e., VLAN and routing
- Familiar with simple firewall configuration i.e., SSL VPN and policy deployment
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/ Post graduate diploma/ professional degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent
- 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Related experience and knowledge of networking and troubleshooting internet
- Knowledge of LAN hardware and software management
- Candidate must be willing to travel to site offices for IT matters
