- Participate in every planning and execution of IT projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
- Set up workstations, laptops or POS systems and their necessary peripherals or devices.
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks \xe2\x80\x93 software updates, system optimization and hardware upgrades.
- Arrange and coordinate the configuration and delivery of new or replacement units of POS terminals to outlets for each roll-out.
- Diagnose hardware, network and operating system issues \xe2\x80\x93 collaborating with relevant vendors to ensure speedy resolution
- .Perform warranty claims for hardware issues and request for warranty extension for out of warranty claims.
- Support and collaborate with other IT team members.
- Monday to Friday
- IT: 1 year (Preferred)
- POS: 1 year (Preferred)
