We are currently seeking to hire an Information Technology or equivalent fresh graduate to join our team as IT Executive. Job Responsibilities:
With the current pandemic, interviews may be done online and if a candidate is suitable and to be offered employment, the offer of employment is subject to the candidate being properly vaccinated against Covid-19. Education:
- To setup and manage IT hardware and office equipment such as servers, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, photocopy machines, CCTV, door access, time attendance, keyphone system etc.
- Detect, diagnose, research solutions, and resolve desktop and portable computer software and hardware and network failures.
- Provide users with information, guidance, and instruction on use of desktop and portable computer hardware and software.
- To maintain, configure and troubleshoot issues with LAN/WLAN/WAN/VPN, Servers, Switches, Internet, and Firewall.
- To manage daily, weekly, monthly backup, data recovery processes and maintain hardware and software inventory.
- Able to generate statistic data and do daily, weekly and monthly report data as required
- Familiar with SQL
- To liaise with vendors and suppliers of hardware, software, and internet services.
