Job Description

1. Configure and install computer, peripheral and network equipment in accordance with established guidelines.

2. Troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems, resolve in timely and acceptable manner.

3. Perform backup according to designated schedule. To make backup and performs recovery of equipment and system failures.

4. Provide technical support to all internal and external client in the use of computer systems, printers software and IT equipment in timely manner.

Troubleshoots computer and printer problems and coordinates with Ast IT Manager to get outside support if necessary.

6. Maintain VLAN and WIFI services and to ensure minimum downtime.

7. Check on all the F&B system on daily basis including all the interface & POS server. To ensure all the system is running at all times.

8. Perform monthly preventive maintenance for all computers, Switches, AP, Telephone, servers and all related IT equipment.

9. Create new menu, edit pricing & promotion required as per ADC Form.

10. Managing Tabsquare system & Loyalty program to create user, update new menu item, pricing & promotion.

11. Maintain E-mail system including updating the contacts, backups, email creation and maintaining the server.

12. Comply with the established rules of operation, policies and procedure when using the company computers, peripheral hardware and software. Individual passwords and any other confidential information.

13. Assist, along with other Finance team members, with all month-end and/or bi-annual inventories of beverage, general store items, operating equipment and Fixed Assets as required.

14. Conduct self in a professional manner at all times and encourage employees to do the same.

15. Ensure that all IT SOP are adhered to.

16. Support users in their daily usage of the IT system.

17. Participate in projects and tasks assigned by the Senior IT Manager.

18. Keep track of hardware inventory and ensure all hardware are accounted for.

19. Mitigate issues and escalate to vendor if necessary.

20. Maintain the integrity and continual operation of the IT software, hardware & network including the wireless networks of the restaurant, office & F&B Outlet.

21. Perform task given by IT Manager & Ast IT Manager related to IT operation.

22. Assist other business unit Property under UOA Hospitality for any related IT issues if needed.

23. Creating new user ID, email based on the user request forms.

24. Willing to work overnight or weekend if required.

25. Will be on call 24/7 if needed.

26. Perform task given by Senior IT Manager related to IT operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
