IT Executive Role
The IT Executive is responsible for overseeing the organization\'s IT operations, managing technology resources, and ensuring the efficient and secure functioning of the IT infrastructure. This role involves strategic planning, asset management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive technology initiatives that align with the company\'s goals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the organization\'s IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Provide visionary leadership for IT initiatives and technological advancements.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, software, and telecommunication systems.
• Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of all IT systems.
• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and solutions.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and align IT strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies that could benefit the organization.
• Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
• Establish and maintain IT disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in case of disruptions.
• Provide training and support to users on IT systems, software, and tools.
• Provide Level 1 or Level 2 technical issues and provide solutions to enhance user experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At lease Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing IT support.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in IT security practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think strategically.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
