Job Description
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Setting up accounts for office users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Provide employees with cyber security awareness training.
- Monitor, update, and review IT policy in accordance to Internal Audit requirement.
