Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily IT helpdesk support issue to ensure business continuity
Identify, diagnose and resolve issue in computer hardware and software and other IT peripherals like routers, switches, access points, copier, etc.
Provide support for Systems, Office Applications, Mobile Applications and Networking
Understand and analyse user requirements for system upgrading/ enhancement.
Monitor and maintain servers and applications for smoothers processing.
Administer company's user account creation and deletion.
Maintain IT inventories and licenses and handle disposal of fixed assets.
Video Shooting for Company Profile & Site Progress Report (Drone)
Perform ad-hoc task assigned by Superior and onsite support if needed.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
Have 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledgeable in ERP systems and SQL Database will be an advantage.
Proactive & able to work with minimum supervision.
