• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Computer Science/Information technology or equivalent
• Work under minimum supervision and has sense of urgency in responding to technical support
• Must have good communication skills to convey the rationale of an entire system enhancement to improve our business operations and to deliver a solution from our vendors
• Good knowledge of Web App, ASP, HTML, and other languages related to Web App
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Applicants must be willing to work in office @ Kota Damansara
• Full-time and Contract-basis position(s) available

• Responsible for the technical support in the company and agents/customer
• Liase with outsourced vendor to update/upgrade/maintain system
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Ensure the normal day-to-day operations of web application
• Assist in installations, configurations, administration, upgrades and IT security maintenance for IT hardware, software and network infrastructure.
• Assist in implementing short-term and long-term information technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization
• Assist in designing, developing, implementing and managing the company information technology including hardware, software, networks, IT security etc
• Assist in optimizing the organization\'s technology resources and recommends future technology direction and new technology initiatives
• Perform regular system health check audit, ensure system adhere to guidelines
• Prepare activity reports
• Manage server routine task such as backup, recovery, maintenance
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software, in-house application and computer equipments
• Perform other duties as assigned
