JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to supporting, maintaining, and improving the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, provides technical support to users, manages hardware and software assets, and assists in implementing IT projects that enhance organizational efficiency and security, and performing other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Information Technology or related field
Relevant experience in healthcare setting is an advantage
Good knowledge of hardware, software, and network management
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, technical support, and IT maintenance
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to provide on-call IT support and emergency response
Good communication and interpersonal skills
WORKING SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday
Saturday (half day - alternate)
Job Type: Full-time

Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
