Responsibilities:
- Involve in IT asset life cycle management including recommendation, procurement, delivery, deployment and disposal.
- Responsible for IT software, hardware and stock inventory audit and management through asset tracking system.
- Coordinate sustainable IT campaigns and corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects.
- Involve in innovative IT projects to improve existing processes.
- Promote and lead IT facilities usage orientation for new students and staff and conduct user training as and when required.
- Develop infographic, design poster, and create video contents for user manuals and guides.
- Coordinate events related to or organised by IT Services
- Support and work on projects related to learning management system, online teaching tools and virtual classes.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology or its equivalent.
- 1 year of working experience in related industry. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- A team player who is also independent, with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, innovative and always seek opportunities to enhance IT processes.
