Provide timely and reliable technical support to both staff and guests, troubleshooting issues with applications and infrastructure.
Responsible for the smooth functioning and coordination of vendors for Guest Internet, Property Management Systems, Point of Sale, and other software vendors.
Research and develop new IT solutions and technologies to improve hotel operations and provide technical guidance to align with business objectives.
Be the PIC and manage end-to-end all IT and Technology implementation projects with the Company's main IT contractor.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
