Job Description

1. Performing daily routine tasks such as Monitoring, Data Backup and Recovery function and Daily reporting. 2. Develop and execute project works effectively from time to time to grow the information technology infrastructure of the organization. 3. Responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of help-desk support, network administration and systems. 4. Liaise and coordinate with regional office, headquarter, vendors, business partners, etc. for problem resolution or to support any systems troubleshoot or execution (window person) 5. Supports end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service-oriented manner. 6. Responsible for setup, management and maintenance of IT-related equipment. 7. Responsible with the troubleshooting, installation and implementation of systems. 8. Provide input and recommendations to the organization surrounding hardware and software technologies and how these technologies can assist the business being especially proactive with new technologies. 9. Develop and monitor performance levels of software and hardware and evaluate, recommend and propose alternative methods of information processing. 10. Develop and maintain information architectures (data, application, network) ensuring the system is on-line daily. 11. Maintain hardware and software maintenance agreements to ensure integrity of operations processes. 12. Monitor backup jobs and ensure high level of completion success rate. 13. Maintains historical records by documenting system changes and revisions. 14. Record, track and document the help-desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken through to the final solutions. 15. Manage and keep track of company assets 16. Maintain and setting for mobile phone users with Android and iPhone 17. Documents all processes in reference manual for the purpose of guidance and training 18. Provide IT Training to end user when required 19. Maintain good housekeeping for all IT hardware and utilization
