Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required in this position or more of related working experience.
Knowledge in AD, DHCP, DNS and virtualization will be an added advantage.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows OS, diagnosing basic network and server.
Immediate available is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
Troubleshooting and responding to IT related matters/breakdowns.
Responding promptly to service issues and requests.
Setting up office equipment (PC, email address and etc) for the new joiner.
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
Sourcing and liaising with suppliers on IT related purchase.
Maintaining records of software license.
Handle ISO related requirement and documentation preparation.
Ensure the security of data, network access and control structures.
Any ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.
