Job Description


Transmarco is the largest footwear and leading lifestyle South East Asia Retailer with over 800 distribution points across major department stores and malls in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. At Transmarco Concepts Sdn Bhd, we carry many renown brands such as Hush Puppies Shoes & Accessories, Obermain and Antton & Co. Responsibilities: 1. Project Portfolio Management: Provide oversight for major IT projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. 2. Organization Development: Foster collaboration between IT and other departments to ensure IT solutions meet the needs of the entire organization. 3. Metrics and Reporting: Define and track progress for projects and the overall project portfolio. Generate regular reports on project status, risks, and resource utilization. 4. Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members. Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project management practices. 5. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with technology vendors and ensure that the organization is utilizing the latest and most effective technologies. 6. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate IT strategies, projects, and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 7. Maintaining the Company\'s IT network, servers and security systems. 8. L1 level support and L2 level support for hardware, software and networking. 9. Administration of user accounts and optimize email hosting storage. 10. Source and coordinate with vendor for IT equipment, services or solutions and maintenance if needed. 11. Liaise with CCTV vendors for installation and troubleshooting if needed. 12. Liaise with all ISP to setup or troubleshooting. 13. IT support standby on weekends and public holidays. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in IT field. Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification. Strong understanding of computer hardware, software and technologies. Experienced with Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Good personality and positive attitude. Willing to standby to provide IT support during weekends and public holidays. 5-day working week. Location in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
