Job Description


  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field (preferred)
  • Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL Foundation) (preferred)
  • Fresh Graduates recommended to apply
Responsibilities
  • Provide desk support to users
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in Service Desk System
  • Assist in setting up EUC devices and handover to users
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner
  • Ensure user satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with other MIS team to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the industry
