Job Highlights - Provides documentation, consultation, training and support in Siti Group systems ranging from Google Workspace (GWS), Clinic systems, Group Websites and various other systems across HQ and our clinic sites. s - Responsible for support and documentations for all systems across Siti Group. - Handling data filing and inventory updates and ordering supplies for the IT Department. - Involve in system updates, reporting and testing. - Assist in updating and re-structuring Siti Group websites when needed. - Participate in training users such as for GWS and all clinic systems. - Support endpoint security standards and backups. - Other duties as assigned from time to time.
