$ 2,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time Minimum education Diploma in IT/Computer industry
Minimum of at least 3 years of experience in the IT/Computer industry
Provide 1st level support by identifying, resolving & escalating the problem to ensure the service committed is meeting & problem is solved.
Attend 1st level troubleshooting which includes hardware, POS, software, OS, application, system, IT peripherals, network infrastructure problem arise.
Provide support of IT infrastructure such as PC, Laptop, printer, Wi-Fi, network, & IT peripherals.
Arrange IT asset purchase order & maintain IT asset record & related documents.
Able to work under minimum supervision & has sense of urgency in response to system problems & service commitments
Willing to work in shift.
Able to travel to subsidiaries if required. Requirements
- Minimum education level: Vocational
- 3 years of experience
