Position : IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)Basic Salary : RM 2,800 - RM 3,400 + AllowancesLocation : Petaling JayaWorking Day : Mon - FriWorking Hours : 9am - 6pmJob Scope\xc2\xb7 You will be interacting with customers, responding to their needs.\xc2\xb7 Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.\xc2\xb7 You will follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.Job Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Min 1 years in IT Helpdesk\xc2\xb7 Proficient in spreadsheets and word processing\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows\xc2\xb7 Experience with networks in professional environment\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with other operating systems preferred (Linux, MAC OS)\xc2\xb7 Experience with administration of Servers (Windows or Mac)\xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting hardware and software issues\xc2\xb7 Fresh graduate are encouraged to applyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per monthBenefits:
