Position : IT Helpdesk (System Administrator) Basic Salary : RM 2,800 \xe2\x80\x93 RM 3,400 + Allowances Location : Petaling Jaya Working Day : Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri Working Hours : 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm Job Scope \xc2\xb7 You will be interacting with customers, responding to their needs. \xc2\xb7 Gather customer\xe2\x80\x99s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. \xc2\xb7 You will follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary. Job Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Min 1 years in IT Helpdesk \xc2\xb7 Proficient in spreadsheets and word processing \xc2\xb7 Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows \xc2\xb7 Experience with networks in professional environment \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with other operating systems preferred (Linux, MAC OS) \xc2\xb7 Experience with administration of Servers (Windows or Mac) \xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting hardware and software issues \xc2\xb7 Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month Benefits:
