To be responsible for the daily operations of the IT Department, including but not limited to backup, data transfer, software and hardware monitoring, internet traffic, application maintenance, etc.
Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard
Identify potential vulnerabilities in current environment
Preparing the laptop for user loan and new joiner.
Provide useful insight/solution to the stakeholder and perform system configuration based on user requirement.
To handle purchase requisition for new and repeated item.
To deal with the vendor regarding IT equipment and any issues that need to be resolved by the vendor.
Provide monthly report and census helpdesk.
