Job Description


  • To troubleshooting any problem or error hardware and software via phone and onsite.
  • To be the first point of contact for user seeking technical assistant over the phone.
  • To guide user and determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by user.
  • Walk the user through the problem-solving process.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support IT personnel.
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
  • Record any events and problem and their resolution in logs.
  • To be responsible for the daily operations of the IT Department, including but not limited to backup, data transfer, software and hardware monitoring, internet traffic, application maintenance, etc.
  • Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard
  • Identify potential vulnerabilities in current environment
  • Preparing the laptop for user loan and new joiner.
  • Provide useful insight/solution to the stakeholder and perform system configuration based on user requirement.
  • To handle purchase requisition for new and repeated item.
  • To deal with the vendor regarding IT equipment and any issues that need to be resolved by the vendor.
  • Provide monthly report and census helpdesk.
