Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Qualification Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent
Overall, 8 yrs. experience required, Min 5-8 years\' experience in project management and SDLC processes. (At least 2 years in a leading role.)
Strong track record in application support and project management and SDLC processes, preferably in a banking environment.
Technical/ Functional skills
Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, software development, access management and IT security.
Strong and tested project management skills, including sponsor and risk management.
Drives consistency across applications support and projects whenever possible.
Act as a liaison for the technical team to the project management team.
In-depth knowledge of consumer banking products and services will be an advantage.
Experience with large scale CRM transformation implementations is an added advantage
Experience with cloud native applications and serverless design is an advantage
Demonstrated portfolio of work showcasing technical competence.
