The IT Manager manages and maintains all the Hotel ICT systems in implementing the ICT goals and strategies that are aligned with the business. Responsibilities Sets up, installs, configures and maintains computer and servers in the hotel. Manages and maintains hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners in the hotel. Investigates and resolves computer software and hardware faults. Plans and undertakes scheduled maintenance and upgrades. Ensures the property continue to operate without disruption to business and operations in the event of unforeseen breakdown. Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization. Managing annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness on allocation of IT budget. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Computer Studies or related certification Proven 2 years track record in a hotel of comparable standard in similar capacity Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with colleagues, guests, vendors Willingness to work over unsociable hours Must have the right to work in Malaysia Only successful candidates will be contacted -
