Job Description

• Responsible to overseeing day-to-day operations of the IT department.
• Reporting to management to provide updates on IT projects, issues, and performance.
• Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure meet with the company vision and mission.
• Responsible for ensuring successful implementation of projects such as Led, videowall, digital signage and interactive smartboard solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new software, hardware, and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
• Manage resources and dynamic organization skills to maintain daily operations.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and processes to drive business value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in IT management roles, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
