1) Direct the development, implementation and administration of all IT services 2) Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services includes IT equipment, WIFI, printer set-up and network protocols. 3) Manage multiple areas of system functionality across such as creates employees\xe2\x80\x99 ID, create email user interface, and etc. 4) Responsible for managing CCTV functionality through the process of uploading CCTV, set-up new decoder, download footage, and access of playback footage. 5) Oversee system facilitation such as API system integration to support VIP customers for the system accessibility. 6) Monitor and manage the operating expenditures based on the budgets given. 7) Provide technical support offices by monitoring and maintaining the systems and networks 8) Define and improve all system and network operations processes in a timely manner. 9) Responsible for seeking external vendor services regarding software system, hardware, and any forms of IT consulting services.
