• Graduated from a relevant vocational college.
• Must be proficient in Mandarin (reading, listening, speaking).
• Master the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Windows operating system.
• Understand the basic knowledge of Linux operating system and have a basic understanding of the concept, structure, and operation of databases.
• Master the installation, configuration, debugging, and deployment of servers, storage products, and network devices, including hardware and software configuration and maintenance.
• Understand VMware virtualization technology, including installation, debugging, and maintenance.
• Understand the basic concepts, configuration, and maintenance of network switches, routing devices, and security products.

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for server order delivery and related after-sales maintenance, promptly handling various hardware, software, and network failures.
• Responsible for collecting, feedback, processing, and tracking customer technical issues, providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support.
• Strictly follow the norms for work handover to ensure accurate and synchronized information.
• Strictly follow the company\'s customer service standards and processes for duty and operations.
• Regularly learn and master the company\'s new products and technologies.
