Job Responsibilities: Providing infrastructure technical and knowledge to Manage, Backup & Restore Windows & Linux servers in Virtual machines environment Provide ideas and guidance to team for Email, Internet, AD user profile management and Video Conferencing management. Provide feedback, direction & advice to lead the team and vendor related to LAN, WAN infra setup and troubleshooting. Responsible in Patch Management and IT security in OS, Apps, network and etc. Ability to planning and manage relevant level of service standards, ensure the operating policies, procedures, IT inventory and approach potential issues relating to daily operation. Responsible in SAP basis administration, troubleshooting, installation of SAP applications and Basis configuration. Responsible in SAP system for daily troubleshooting, maintenance, inquiries and incidents reporting. Ability to work with other teams such as functional team, and infra teams to optimise SAP and database system performance. Manage continuous improvement activities, contract administration and project implementation (installation & configuration) within targeted response time. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with minimum CGPA 3.0 or second class upper. At least 3 years\' experience in Server, Network infra, VMware environment and SAP Basis. Good industry knowledge and best practices on manufacturing operation process. Be able to works out-of-hours basis support.
