An exciting IT Product Manager (Healthcare) job has just become available at a top company in the healthcare industry based in Petaling Jaya.
About the IT Product Manager (Healthcare) Role:
In this critical job, you will be required to manage IT operations and customer services for the company\'s product, which covers application and infrastructure scopes. Key Responsibilities:
- Installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customers equipment and systems
- Provide user support in case of arising issues
- Technical design and developments for service offerings
- Executive Preventive Maintenance Service (PPM) as per schedule
- Manage internal IT products and innovation
- Degree in Engineering/IT
- Experience in service, maintenance in a health care industry
- Five years\' working experiences and a minimum of three years of experience in managing, leading and motivating teams and individuals
- Strong understanding in IT networking, server, storage, desktop, IT security, cloud computing technology
- Well versed in Windows Operating Systems and Virtual Machines (VM)
- Strong communicator, able to build sound working relationships internally and proficient in English
