Then come and join our Siemens Healthineers Malaysia team as Syngo & IT Product, Manager to perform technical oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and managing these tasks.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will complete broad scope of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customers equipment and systems

You will support customers remotely / onsite and provide user support in case of arising issues

You will involve in technical design and developments for service offerings

You will execute Preventive Maintenance Service (PPM) as per contract schedule

You will perform update Instruction (UI) to affected systems as per factory recommendation

You will manage certain VIP customers (Prince Court Medical Center, Hospital Putrajaya, Hospital Serdang , Hospital Shah Alam and Hospital Tengku Azizah)

You will require to manage sub-contractors and monitor delivery

You will involve in technical design and developments for service offerings

You will align and implement Siemens Digitalization vision

You will support new Syngo Product like Syngo Carbon, Mycare Companion, AI -Rad

Your qualifications and experiences:

You hold a successfully completed Bachelor\'s / Masters Degree in Engineering / IT or equivalent

You have experience in service, maintenance in a healthcare industry

You have at least 5 years of working experiences and minimum 3 years of experience in managing, leading & motivating teams and individuals

You must a strong understanding on IT networking, server, storage, desktop, IT security, cloud computing technology (own an international certificate related will be added advantage)

You must be well versed in Windows Operating Systems & Virtual Machines(VM)

You must have a strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel and able to use Microsoft Word ,Power Point

Your personality and skills:

You are a strong communicator

Your ability to build sound working relationships internally and with Customers will ensure success in this role

You are proficient in English both written and spoken
