IT Project Coordinator - Aigeek Solutions Sdn Bhd

Job Requirements:

• A relevant degree/diploma/certificate in Computer Science, Computing, or IT.
• Fresh graduate / 1 year and above on IT working experienced
• Desired prior experience as a Project Coordinator
• Knowledge of software, hardware, programming language, and operations systems
• Project Management, Service Management, and Inventory Management skills
• Having a technical and logical thought process
• Ability to stick to strict deadlines
• Knowledge of 2D Auto CAD and MS Project Software and in Advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Outstanding listening and questioning skills

• Manage the site coordination process to ensure that ELV services are delivered in accordance with the client\'s requirements and the respective design documents.
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Make sure that clients\' needs are met as projects evolve
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
• Continuously learning new technologies
• Preparing and updating self-help guides

• Salary Range: RM2000 to RM3500
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS

• Working Hours: From 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM (Working hours can be flexible based on the project\'s progress)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday only
